To all John's family, friends, and loved ones:
Tuesday morning November 21st 2006 began a sad and mournful day for the entire D'Agostino family. My brother John in route to visit his family in New Jersey, his home town, passed away in a terrible accident. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers, and for being a part of his life.
